First long practice (OK second synchronicity – exactly as I write this the audio says practice – if I was not used to it I might think this is quite weird – I have not added any word yet as I have to something before starting the long practice and the audio says isn’t this weird? The answer of course is no):

• As another piece of synchronicity I was listening to a hypnosis audio for this long practice session – something told me to do this (my intuition to be precise).
  It is a very long hypnosis audio called ultra height which takes you to the your higher self. I have listened to it before and so must have known it was the perfect thing to do today. However, the previous time I had listened to it I had gone so deep that I had no conscious memory of what exactly happened once you got to the heights and started communicating with your higher self. On previous occasions I would listen to the induction and go so deep that the next thing I knew was hearing, “In a moment I’ll count up to three and you will fully alert…”
  This time I suddenly had awareness of seeing a very bright light as the hypnotherapist was talking about (not precise as I have vague memories):
  • compassion, love, forgiveness, beauty, goodness, wisdom.
  • Healing, love and absolute forgiveness.
  • Resentment brings guilt and self punishment – so surround every cell of your body with feelings of forgiveness.
  • Any negative thoughts can no longer exist.
  • Cover any nooks and crannies of darkness with this brilliant light of love.
    Send them love, joy, purity.
  • Maybe for the first time you realize you are worth it.
  • Allow the brightness to flow through you.
• In the meanwhile as I was aware of the words on the audio the light I was perceiving was so bright. Truly the light has come.

Next Monday, I’m starting a new career and will not have so much time to write these posts. I don’t know what I’m going to do. I trust the light. I trust God and good things will happen. We will see.

Later in the gym I met the father of a gym friend who ended up being a friend of the family who has known my family for more than fifty years. That was great and is part of this fantastic day.
