Day 8 – My mind is preoccupied with past thoughts

The thought for today just continues the thought for yesterday. Today we have: “My mind is preoccupied with past thoughts.”
I mentioned in yesterday’s post that my mind was preoccupied with thoughts of killing myself. Today my mind does not appear to be preoccupied with much at all.
