“I do not understand anything I see in this room [on this street, from this window, in this place].”

The above is today’s thought for the day.

In the mornig I go for a walk. It is a little foggy and the sunrise looks beautiful. I keep mentioning that I do not understand this and that.

Slowly in front of me appears this unicorn made of a palm trea top. At first I just see the shape of of the unicorn. It appeared from nowhere with the sunrise behind. I felt it was a great omen. Anyway It was such a beautiful site. As I walked closer I saw that it was just patterns made by the top of the palm trea.

I have walked past this trea manu, many times and yet never noticed that pattern. Perhaps the recent winds have moved the branches in this particular fashion. Of course like patteerns we see in the star constilations these patterns are arbitrary and only exist from a single direction and in our minds.

So honestly, “I do not understand anything I see.”

In the evening I continued the exercise and this time there was no great synchronicity.

The first three days continue the same basic idea that there are no intrinsic meanings on things.
