Day two – I have given all I see the meaning it has for me.

“I have given everything I see in this room [on this street, from this window, in this place] all the meaning that it has for me.”

This continues yesterday’s exercise. If nothing I see means anything and I imagine that things mean something, then obviously I have given the meanings.

Again it is important not to concentrate on any type of thing.

So I look at things near and far and note with each that I have given each the meaning it has foe me:

  • I have given this pen all the meaning it has for me.
  • I have given this car all the meaning it has for me.
  • I have given this keyboard all the meaning it has for me.
  • I have given this glass of water all the meaning it has for me.

Later in the day I go for a short walk and notice different objects and without even mentioning their names (looking at the patterns of light and darkness) say that I have given this object all the meaning it has for me.
