My name is Javad Hashtroudian. I have a doctorate in clinical hypnotherapy. Some people cannot remember Javad so I use my initial (J really not Jay) but anyway one of my clients started calling me doctor Jay so I got this URL. As well as my private practice I give seminars on many subjects including weight management, manifestation of your desires, relationships, stress management, performance anxiety, improving grades at school, and others as asked for. So in this section I will write about issues that I talk about in my seminars, CDs, ebooks and so on. I'll post links to some audio and things like that.

Today I go through six exercise periods and in each I think about a concern and for each say, “I am afraid ___ will happen.” And then note that this is an attack thought on myself. Then repeat the thought for today at the end.
As it happens I am having plenty of concerns today ans so my attack thoughts are attacking my invulnerability. However, some days I do the exercise and there is plenty of light and I feel good after the exercise. So far I seem to end up worse after each exercise.
I have been very busy and extremely itchy. So I have not done the exercises for a while. I think next Monday I’ll restart but I’ll go back to day twenty so I can review some of the lessons.
